- Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines (3, 4, or 5-axis).
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical blueprints.
- Perform tool selection, offset adjustments, and quality checks.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with tolerances.
- Maintain machines and tools in optimal working condition.
- Work closely with engineers and quality inspectors to resolve production issues.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.
