Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in production management software is a plus.
